**The Opportunity** We are seeking a hands\-on and highly capable Project Engineer to support the company’s Engineering and Planning function and help put MLP’s more than 22,000\-acre land portfolio to productive use. Reporting to the Director of Engineering \& Infrastructure, this position will manage land improvement, entitlement, subdivision, infrastructure, and commercial property projects across MLP lands. This role combines technical engineering support with practical project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical work, coordinating consultants and contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and advancing projects through County of Maui and State of Hawai‘i review. The Project Engineer will help transform land and infrastructure opportunities into lasting value for the company and the community. The ideal candidate brings strong project\-management skills, sound technical judgment, and experience working across land development, infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects.
