**Summary of Job Description:** The Project Manager (Construction) is responsible for contributing to the achievement of the company’s new store opening plan. This position manages the construction of new stores primarily in bidding, construction and closeout phase and a supporting role in other project development phases, including architecture, and engineering coordination, permitting and entitlement and site selection as required for the complete development of assigned company restaurants. The Project Manager has the responsibility to complete all construction projects within the required turnover date and within budget. Regularly updates key stakeholders of changes by ensuring all systems and reports reflect the most current and up\-to\-date information.
