Floating General Manager – Automotive Service **Hartford, CT Area \| Five Locally Owned Meineke Locations** **Compensation:** $55,000–$60,000 base salary \+ monthly performance\-based incentives **Schedule:** Full\-time, five days per week including Saturdays; approximately 50 hours per week About the Role We are looking for a strong, customer\-focused manager to help lead operations across five locally owned Meineke automotive service centers in the Hartford area. This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety. Rather than managing one center exclusively, you'll work across our five locations, stepping in where your leadership is needed most. You'll get to know multiple teams and centers while playing an important role in the overall success of our organization. This is a hands\-on, customer\-facing management position.
