Team players who are looking to join a dynamic environment are encouraged to apply. **Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:** * Checks guests in and out in a cheerful, friendly manner, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements and company standards * Ensures accurate processing of charges and completes/balances close of day procedures with full handover to next shift * Takes and records reservations accurately and confirms as requested; knows status of reservations on a daily and future basis * Observes safe cash handling procedures required by brand and company policy and is responsible for the cash drawer, cash, and credit card information transactions for their shift * Completes all company and brand required closing of daily books and credit card batch * Reviews all daily sales for any issues, high balance accounts or comp rooms and alerts the General Manager as needed * Enters all sales and revenue data into company...
