Description

We're a family\-style pizzeria with 25 years serving the Sheffield Lake community, looking for a Shift Leader to help run the floor and keep things moving during busy shifts. **What you'll do:** * Open or close the shop, including cash drawer counts and POS (Toast) reconciliation * Supervise and coordinate staff during your shift — cooks, drivers, counter staff * Handle customer issues on the spot and know when to escalate * Keep food quality and prep consistent with our standards * Manage inventory checks and flag low stock (dough, cheese, toppings, boxes) * Enforce food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift * Step in on the line or register when needed — this isn't a desk job **What we're looking for:** * 1\+ years in a restaurant or food service leadership role (shift lead, key holder, or similar) * Comfortable with POS systems (Toast experience a plus) * Can stay calm and organized during a Friday\-night rush * Reliable, on time, and able to hold the team accountable * Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification a plus, or willing to obtain) * Available for evenings/weekends **What we offer:** * Competitive pay, $18\-19 plus tips where applicable * Flexi...
