MCO Construction \& Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Palm Beach County. The selected candidate will be working on\-site with our Palm Beach County client and will be responsible for managing architects and engineers (AE) teams during design, procurement, and construction phases for a variety of projects, including MEP renovations, architectural renovations, new facilities, and parks projects. **Responsibilities:** * Manage AE teams through all project phases * Oversee procurement process for construction contractors * Manage construction contractors through closeout * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget * Collaborate with AE, contractors, AECOM team, County Management, and User groups * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Qualifications:** * 10\-15 years of experience managing AE teams * Experience managing contractors in occupied buildings * Experience with MEP renovations, architectural renovations, new facilities, and parks projects * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to collaborate with diverse teams * Punctual and reliable * Relevant degree preferred Pay: $60\.00 \- $64\.0...
