We have 6 café locations in Connecticut and are hiring 3 Store Operators / Multi\-Unit Managers, with each person responsible for overseeing 2 café locations. $60K base salary \+ opportunity to earn up to 20% partnership/equity And here’s the best part: **restaurant experience is NOT required.** Full training will be provided. We’re looking for people who are: \-Driven, dependable, and take ownership \-Comfortable leading and managing teams \-Organized and able to oversee two locations \-Motivated by growth and building something long\-term \-Interested in an opportunity that could lead to ownership Experience in management, retail, hospitality, operations, food service, or similar environments is a plus, but we’re open to different backgrounds. Reliable transportation is required, as well as authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Pay: $60,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
