Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager** to join our growing team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing two or more indirect categories e.g. HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, Professional Services, Real Estate \& Facilities, Transportation \& Logistics, T\&E \& Fleet. The candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies to capture budget savings or cost reductions, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. This is not a direct materials procurement role. To encourage collaboration and productivity, employees are required to be in the office Tuesday\-Thursday (based on current policy).
