**Project Manager / Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction** **Rome, NY \| Full\-Time \| On\-site \| Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM** **95,000–****100,000 per year \+ generous benefits** About the Company Our client is a booming heavy civil construction company in Rome, NY. They provide specialty construction services to government and commercial entities nationwide. They are running about 10 projects at a time, both state and private. There is far more work available than there are construction companies to build it, so this is a chance to join a team with real momentum and long\-term job security. They work with union labor. The Role This is a hybrid role: you will estimate and bid new work, then carry the jobs you win through to closeout. If you want to see a project from the first takeoff to the final pay application, this is the position.
