Associa Mid\-Atlantic is growing, and I am looking for a dynamic leader who's ready to help shape the future of developing communities across PA, NJ, DE. This is a full\-time hybrid role (3 days in office 2 days remote/travel) based in my King of Prussia office. This role is perfect for someone who loves the fast\-paced, ever\-evolving world of developing communities. Think of this role as part strategist, part community builder, part operations guru with a dash of “no two days are ever the same.” Role/Responsibility: * Oversee small portfolio, and serve as the primary liaison between developers, boards, residents, and internal teams. * Lead, support, mentor and train managers overseeing developing communities * Guide new community launches, governance setup, and operational structure * Partner closely with developers/builders to ensure smooth transitions and strong relationships * Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational excellence * Drive resident engagement and retention strategies * Coordinate with customer service, accounting, maintenance, vendors * Resolve escalated issues and prepare reports/presentations * Support marketing, outreach, and process improvement ...
