**Summary** The Regional Operations Manager \- West is responsible for day\-to\-day operational excellence and continuous improvement across the unified West region, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, and financial performance metrics are met. The role will work with the sales team, General Manager, schedulers, and others to establish and run effective operating rhythms. Additional duties include but are not limited to people leadership, P\&L ownership, and short\- and long\-range planning to build a scalable operating model, promote revenue growth, and expand margins. **Primary Job Responsibilities** * Work with the Safety Manager to ensure safe work practices and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. Own West\-region safety performance and foster a positive safety culture. * Foster a positive culture focused on eliminating rework and quality defects.
