As a Multi\-Site Property Manager, you are responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of a portfolio of communities while maximizing the resident experience across each of them. You accomplish this by effectively directing and coordinating operations at every property in your portfolio, and you are ultimately accountable for their combined performance and the team members you supervise. **Qualification Requirements** * Four (4\) years’ experience in property management, with a strong working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law, and resident relations. * Proven ability to manage operations across multiple properties simultaneously. * Strong managerial skills to supervise and motivate onsite staff at more than one community; previous supervisory experience required. * Working knowledge of property management software; AppFolio preferred. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare det...
