Life Care Center of Leominster is looking for a full\-time temporary Physical Therapist (PT) for 3 month contract Work with state\-of\-the\-art therapy equipment Flexible scheduling to promote work\-life balance Be part of a stable, experienced rehab team that wants you to succeed Continuing education assistance **What You'll Do:** Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans Deliver physical therapy services focused on function, safety, and independence Collaborate with rehab, nursing, and medical teams Build strong patient relationships in a fast paced rehab environment: **Live the Mission:** **Position Summary:** The PT \- Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. **Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:** * Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT) * Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
