The NPI Sourcing organization is responsible for the end\-to\-end sourcing and procurement process related to Honeywell Aerospace NPI programs. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join the NPI sourcing team as we are in the middle of executing sourcing strategy for 100\+ NPI programs with a life cycle spend of $10B. Being a member of this team enables you to design the supply chain, execute dual sourcing, award/contract best in class suppliers for products that will be Honeywell’s growth vectors for next 20\-30years. We seek a strong Senior Director to lead NPI procurement team with an agile and entrepreneurial mindset. The **NPI Senior Sourcing Director** is responsible for leading the Aerospace New Product Introduction (Aero NPI) organization for Electronic Systems Strategic Business Units (SBU).
