This position works with patients, healthcare providers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure equipment and supplies are processed and delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities * Coordinate medical equipment and supply orders from healthcare providers. * Review orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness. * Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, and service requests. * Communicate with patients, caregivers, medical offices, and internal teams. * Maintain accurate patient and equipment records. * Track equipment inventory, deliveries, and returns. * Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to resolve scheduling issues. * Assist with insurance or authorization documentation when required. * Enter order and equipment information into company systems. * Follow patient privacy, safety, and company procedures.
