Howell \& Sons, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hands\-on **Warehouse \& Equipment Supervisor** to help lead our warehouse and steel\-processing operation. We aren't looking for someone who simply wants a supervisor title. We need someone who will **take ownership, keep work moving, solve problems, follow through, and work alongside our team when needed.** This is an important position within our company. The right person will work closely with management to help oversee employees, customer orders, cutting and processing, inventory, equipment, safety, and the overall flow of work through our warehouse. There will always be management support, but we need someone who can recognize a problem, make appropriate decisions, and follow through without waiting for someone else to handle everything.
