**Your role** ------------- **The Role** **Compensation: Base salary range $140,000 to $160,000, with monthly commission, annual bonus structure and monthly auto allowance. Salary is based on knowledge, skills, and experience and has been geographically adjusted.** **Mission** Develop, lead, and manage the service business in the assigned region, including development and supervision of the regional service sales team. **Roles and Responsibilities** **Business Development (70%) \-** Develop, lead, and manage the Service (CTS Division) business, including establishing goals for product sales in accordance with Atlas Copco standards. Develop customer satisfaction by understanding the needs and expectations of our customers. Support the NPS process as it relates to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare related business development reports and conduct/present relevant market analysis. Control expenses, while maximizing Company assets, time, skills, and profit levels. Review business development strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals in line with growth targets.
