This is a full\-time, salaried exempt position. **HOURS** * Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM * Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM * Saturday or Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Hours can be changed and are dependent on the club's pacing to sales goals and community outreach events. **RESPONSIBILITIES \& EXPECTATIONS** **Sales, Revenue \& Collections** * Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees * Daily past due account collections and calls * Monitor flagged check\-ins to increase revenue and collections * Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members **Leadership \& Team Developme...
