**Role description** **Software Engineer \- .NET Production Support** **The Role** UST is searching for a highly motivated Software Engineer \- .NET Production Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background combined with hands\-on experience supporting critical production applications in a fast\-paced enterprise environment. **What You’ll Do** * Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for enterprise applications and services. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, system, and performance issues. * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions. * Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C\# and .NET technologies. * Debug and resolve issues related to REST APIs, integrations, and backend services. * Analyze system behavior, application logs, and monitoring data to proactively identify problems. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve production incidents. * Participate in on\-call support rotations and ensure adherence to SLA commitments. * Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database perfor...
