Position Summary: Guarantee the supply chain from raw material to the end product, ensuring delivery date compliance and optimization of productivity and costs. Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with all company policies * Utilize IT system (GPT or SAP) to plan production and deliveries effectively. * Analyze production capacity and make adjustments to meet and exceed goals. * Define and deliver a Service Plan (reference lead\-times) and perform daily monitoring of lead\-times by manufacturing routes. Take measures to address any deficiencies. * Manage purchases and procurement of material families to ensure efficient service. * Maintain reliable inventory and take preventive steps to avoid stockouts, including auxiliary materials. * Monitor and manage logistics and transportation. * Provide regular and accurate reports on all activity. * Develop and train employees. Establish and communicate expectations and manage performance. * Other tasks as assigned.
