**Overview** ELM MicroGrid is seeking an entry level Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will support all procurement aspects and will be responsible for, and perform as necessary, the daily activities associated with procuring materials \& services, receiving material, managing inventory, tracking purchases, and various other aspects related to supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement and manufacturing operations. **Responsibilities** * Assist with the purchasing of materials, supplies, and services to support manufacturing operations. * Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchasing requirements. * Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status. * Support receiving activities and maintain accurate inventory records. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment to prevent material shortages. * Maintain procurement and inventory data in the ERP system (Acumatica preferred). * Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to meet material and supply needs. * Assist with resolving order discrepancies, delive...
