Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Non\-Skilled Home Care \| PRN SYNERGY HomeCare – Dunedin, FL Area At SYNERGY HomeCare, our purpose is to bring wholehearted, life\-energizing care to people in the comfort of their own homes. We provide non\-skilled, non\-medical home care services, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while supporting their families and caregivers. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our independently owned and operated SYNERGY HomeCare agency on a PRN/part\-time basis. This is primarily a supervisory and oversight position rather than a skilled nursing or bedside\-care role. The RN Supervisor will help ensure that our caregivers and home health aides provide high\-quality personal care services consistent with client needs, agency policies, and Florida AHCA requirements. Note: Florida AHCA requires us to identify a licensed Registered Nurse on our agency license application. We can discuss the details during the interview.
