North America Regional Transportation Manager **Description \-** **Job Summary:** This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of HP's North America domestic surface transportation network across Full Truckload (FTL), Less\-Than\-Truckload (LTL), and specialized delivery services. The position plays a critical role in implementing a new Transportation Management System (TMS) in partnership with RMS (formerly C.H. Robinson) and in optimizing carrier relationships and performance through data\-driven decision\-making, cost control, and service excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * **TMS Implementation Support:** Partner with the Business Manager to support the deployment of HP’s new TMS solution in collaboration with RMS (formerly C.H.
