**Job Description** ------------------- Job Purpose As the Principal Scientist for R\&D Knowledge and Information Excellence, you will serve as the subject\-matter expert and capability leader for R\&D knowledge management, information lifecycle, and data analytics. You will define and advance modern, scalable approaches that connect product information, institutional knowledge, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve decision\-making, productivity, and business performance across R\&D. Through technical leadership, scientist oversight, and cross\-functional influence, you will translate complex business needs into sustainable knowledge, data, and information solutions while strengthening R\&D capabilities and accelerating adoption.
