Tri\-City Group is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for our sister company, CST Tri\-Venture. This is an immediate opening in South Bend, IN. The QA/Cx Assistant Project Manager owns the project management and commercial aspects of the QA/QC, Commissioning, and LOTO programs while partnering with the discipline managers responsible for technical execution. The role integrates project management with field operations by managing contractual obligations, budgets, schedules, owner deliverables, commercial risks, and cross\-functional communication to support successful project execution and turnover. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** * Serve as the primary Project Management representative for all Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Commissioning, and Electrical Safety activities throughout the project lifecycle. * Act as the liaison between PMO, Field Operations, QA/QC, Commissioning, LOTO, Procurement, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment of project objectives. * Support the QA/QC Manager, Commissioning Manager, and LOTO Manager by removing project constraints, resolving commercial issues, and facilitating cross\-func...
