Description

We are seeking an experienced window and door professional to coordinate installation projects, service requests, and field operations. Key Responsibilities \& Qualifications * Minimum **5 years of hands\-on window and door installation experience** required. * Previous experience coordinating installation crews and contractors. * Schedule and manage installation jobs and service appointments. * Perform accurate field measurements for windows and doors. * Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and project timelines. * Troubleshoot installation issues and manage customer service requests. * Conduct quality inspections and ensure customer satisfaction. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * **English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.** * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites. Compensation * **Annual Compensation: $50,000 to $95,000** depending on level of experience * Opportunities for performance\-based growth and compensation advancement.
