Description

This role is designed as an East Coast\-based leadership position with primary oversight of operations in Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; and the future Lehigh Valley, PA operation scheduled to launch in 2027\. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to one of these key markets are strongly preferred to support business partnership, leadership visibility, and operational effectiveness. Given the multi\-site nature of the role, the Operations Director will be expected to maintain a significant on\-site presence across the network. Regular travel is required and is anticipated to occur during approximately 50% of workweeks, with flexibility to support business needs, startup activities, talent initiatives, operational reviews, and leadership development efforts across all assigned locations.
