The **Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation** is a strategic and execution\-focused leader responsible for driving marketing transformation initiatives that improve effectiveness, strengthen operational excellence, modernize marketing processes, and enable scalable growth across the marketing organization. This role partners closely with marketing leaders, shared services teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. The Senior Manager will lead cross\-functional transformation efforts across marketing operations, processes, tools, governance, analytics, and ways of working. This individual will help establish foundational capabilities, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies that enhance marketing performance.
