**Position Available:** Territory Manager \- Region 2 South (Wamego, Belvue, St. Marys, Topeka) **SUMMARY** The Territory Manager is responsible for maximizing efficiencies for all resources inside of their assigned territory within their region including employees, equipment and services. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** (Includes the following and other duties may be assigned.) *Responsible for:* * Day\-to\-day management of all employees within the assigned territory * Ensuring seasonal facilities are well maintained, taken care of, and staffed during seasonal operations. * Providing a high level of customer service. * Adherence to safety policies and providing safety leadership. * Adhering to and carrying out central dispatching of agronomy products and services. * Setting and communicating hours of operation for each location under their purview. * Coordinating the most efficient use of people and equipment within their territory, region and in coordination with other territory managers. * Maintaining clean and attractive workplaces. * Reporting opportunities for increased sales and improved efficiencies in operations of the territory. * Keeping grain and all inventor...
