**Job Title** Economic Development Manager **Pay Rate Min to Mid Range** $79,788\.00 \- $97,734\.00 **Time Type** Full time **Summary** Under general direction, manages and oversees the operational implementation of assigned economic development programs and initiatives that support business attraction, retention, workforce development, and economic growth in Bexar County. Description **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Manages and oversees the operational implementation of assigned economic development programs, projects, and initiatives that support business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts * Coordinates the operational delivery and tracking of economic development incentive programs including Tax Abatement, Skills Development, Innovation, and related incentive initiatives * Supports the development and implementation of economic development agreements and assists in monitoring compliance to ensure compliance with County policies and performance requirements * Serves as the department’s staff liaison supporting the County’s participation with the Committee of Six, including coordination of meetings, communications, and monitoring regional workforce development activiti...
