Design and Specification of Windings and Electrical Components. Complete Drawings and Manufacturing Bill of Material. Complete Testing to demonstrate conformity with regulatory and application requirements. Apply Engineering principles and judgment in the motor design process. Engage in initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Product Development and R\&D Engineering Function.
