**Job Title:** Cost Accountant **Overview:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented Cost Accountant to oversee manufacturing and production cost analysis, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. This role will analyze standard versus actual costs, investigate variances, maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), and partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance. **Key Responsibilities:** * + Maintain cost accounting processes, standard costs, BOMs, routings, and work orders. + Analyze standard vs. actual costs and investigate production and inventory variances. + Perform inventory reconciliations, valuations, reserves, and cycle count analysis. + Support month\-end/year\-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations. + Analyze plant financials, gross margins, profitability, and production costs. + Prepare cost\-benefit, CVP, make\-or\-buy, and profitability analyses. + Partner with cross\-functional teams to resolve costing, inventory, and margin issues. + Assist with budgeting and forecasting. + Support NetSuite configuration, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements. + Identify and resolve ERP, data, and transaction is...
