**Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager – Hospice** ================================================ **Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families when it matters most.** Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced **Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager** to provide high\-quality hospice care to patients and families throughout **Licking, Muskingum, and portions of Knox County**, including the **Mount Vernon and Centerburg areas**. This is a field\-based nursing position serving patients in both **private homes and care facilities**.
