Description

Growing Michigan post\-frame builder looking for an experienced construction project manager to be the technical lead across our active builds. We run about 10\-20 projects at a time across Michigan and Indiana, with in\-house office staff and experienced subcontract crews. What you'll do * Be the go\-to technical expert for crews, customers, and the office * Coordinate with building inspectors and resolve inspection items * Do site visits, final walkthroughs, and punch lists * Review plans, truss drawings, and material orders before they go out * Catch problems early and keep jobs moving What we're looking for * \[3\+] years running post\-frame, pole barn, or residential construction projects * Strong understanding of post\-frame framing, trusses, bracing, and code requirements * Detail\-oriented: you notice what others miss * Comfortable working with inspectors and customers * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; regular travel to job sites Pay \& benefits * $35–$42/hr based on experience * Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate for job\-site travel Pay: $35\.00 \- $42\.00 per hour Expected hours: 30\.0 – 40\.0 per week Work Location: On the road
