Overview: Assistant Admissions Director \- CenterPointe of Columbia Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm CenterPointe of Columbia is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Admissions to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our Admissions Department. This role provides leadership and direction to the admissions team while ensuring a responsive, efficient, and patient\-centered intake and admissions process. The position will oversee crisis triage, evaluations, intakes, and admissions; support staff training and development; maintain regulatory and quality standards; and collaborate with referral sources and internal teams to ensure patients are connected with the appropriate level of care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who can effectively prioritize admissions, support departmental goals, improve processes, and foster a collaborative team environment while keeping patient safety and quality of care at the forefront.
