**DESCRIPTION** --------------- Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to households/businesses across the planet. Our finance team closely partners to support this program as part of Amazon's Last Mile delivery business, providing critical decision support and financial planning and analysis. We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to help us continue to scale and support this growing program across the Americas. This role leads finance support for Delivery Excellence Incentives (DXI) and Value Added Services (VAS), the levers that shape how Amazon rewards delivery performance and invests in the program. As the finance business partner to the Performance and Scorecard, VAS, and Americas teams, the Senior Financial Analyst is the go\-to for the numbers behind these programs — translating trended performance and outlook into decisions leadership can act on, and pressure\-testing investment trade\-offs before they are made.
