The Curriculum Specialist will provide administrative and program support to the School of Medicine including oversight of entire program of evaluation of the MD curriculum, maintenance of the curriculum map, administrative support of the Curriculum Committee, support and training of others related to the educational software essential to the curriculum, and other related duties**Essential Functions (Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities):** * Assist with the oversight of the evaluation processes for all phases of the medical education program, utilizing various software tools with integrated tracking system for monitoring and compliance status. * Create and maintain evaluation forms to ensure alignment with key quality standards. * Implement the plan for gathering feedback on course and curriculum quality, informing faculty, professional staff, and students of the process and importance of gathering timely feedback. * Assist curriculum/course coordinators with timely dissemination of evaluations during and at the end of each unit, course, and clerkship. * Schedule, deliver, and collect evaluations as needed to support the team. * Load rosters, manage demographic imports, and b...
