**About the Role** The Wilkes Group is seeking a strategic and hands\-on **Digital Marketing Manager** to develop and execute customer\-acquisition and retention strategies across our growing portfolio of beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care brands. This person will personally manage paid advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and other relevant or emerging platforms. The role will also own email marketing, customer segmentation, automated campaigns, retention strategy, and digital performance reporting. This is not a position that solely oversees agencies or develops plans for other people to execute. The successful candidate must be comfortable setting the strategy, building campaigns directly inside the platforms, analyzing performance, and making ongoing optimizations. This is a hands\-on individual\-contributor position with no direct reports.
