For this position, which is subject to credentials, industry experience, education, training/certifications, and/or geographic differentials, Dimensional reasonable expect to pay a salary range of: $150,000 \- $175,000 This role is also bonus eligible. **Job Description:** **The Team:** The Global Client Group leads Dimensional’s efforts to acquire long\-term client relationships and increase the firm’s reach in the marketplace. Team members work closely with both institutions and advisors to offer focused, specialized support and ensure the delivery of a consistently impeccable client experience. The Regional Director, Retirement Group, will seek to develop and expand client relationships with insurance companies and stakeholders in the defined contribution space. The successful candidate will be capable of building strong relationships at all levels of a client’s business to understand their investment needs and identify business development opportunities.
