Overview: Sage Dental’s Senior **Staff Accountant** is responsible for performing bank reconciliations and assisting with month\-end closing activities. The position requires solid analytical, organizational and communication skills. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and will have exposure to the CFO and other Sr. Leaders of company. This is not a remote position \- it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities: * Perform bank reconciliations for 125\+ bank accounts using cloud reconciliation software. * Research and reconcile all discrepancies. * Compile unmatched transaction reports and collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team to resolve issues. * Upload Wells Fargo banking reports into reconciliation software monthly. * Assist with month\-end closing activities (journal entries, revenue recognition, account reconciliations and analyses) with efficiency and accuracy. * Assist in data analytics by using various systems and tools to support digital automation...
