Description

Physician Assistant (PA) or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), who has an interest in Neurology, is proactive and organized. The position consists of outpatient Neurology. New graduates, PAs, and APRNs looking for a career change and established PAs/APRNs with or without Neurology experience are encouraged to apply. The candidate must be a Physician Assistant/APRN who is certified to practice in Florida. **Job Requirements**: Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, including obtaining detailed medical histories and conducting focused neurological examinations. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic neurological disorders under physician supervision. Manage patients with conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, migraines, neuropathies, and movement disorders. Order and review diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies, CT scans, MRI, EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, and lumbar puncture results.
