High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. **Job Description** =================== **Roles and Responsibilities** * Responsible for developing and managing project engineering team for detail site specific design for BWRX300 small modular reactor projects. Interfaces with internal/external customers to ensure organization resource allocation is made. Accountable to deliver the scope of work to the original cost estimate. Manages schedule, budget and integration of BWRX300 projects, including influencing the projects to meet customer CTQs and hit tollgate milestones. * Manages a team of project engineers and project coordinators.
