We are seeking dependable, patient, and motivated individuals to provide one\-on\-one mentoring and skill\-building services to foster youth. PRS Specialists work directly with youth to help them develop emotional regulation, problem\-solving skills, communication skills, and healthy decision\-making based on goals identified by their therapist. This is a part\-time position (15–20 hours per week) primarily during after\-school and early evening hours. This role is ideal for individuals seeking consistent part\-time work. Full\-time hours are typically not available during the school year, though additional hours may be available during the summer.
