**About the role:** ------------------- We are hiring a Founder Brand \& Social Media Manager dedicated to growing James Conole’s personal channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and using them to: * Attract the right\-fit retirement clients for Root Financial. * Attract the right\-fit people to join Root as advisors and team members. Your job is to own the how of James’s social presence so he can focus on the what: ideas, message, and being on camera. You will plan the content calendar, decide when and how you film, choose formats, handle editing and posting logistics, and bring James a clear plan to react to. The content mix will include client\-facing education and behind\-the\-scenes “day in the life / culture” content that shows how we think, work, and treat people. James’s job is to show up, share his expertise and perspective, review the calendar, and when needed, hit post.
