**What to Expect** The Global Hardware Development team is a cross functional, cross programs and cross systems organization whose mission is to ensure that every vehicle product is meeting our strict requirements for functionality, durability, strength and abuse. It encompasses mechanical, electrical, thermal and systems verification and validation, from characterization to accelerated life testing. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who is willing to undertake amazing challenges of managing validation endeavors by connecting all stakeholders, managing priorities and expectations, feeding back test results and design concerns in order to minimize product uncertainties before launch. **What You'll Do*** Own the scope, schedule, implementation and escalation of validation projects and results from start to finish * Be the primary driver for identifying organizational restrictions like resource limitations, timeline and scope misalignments, and escalate to x\-func leadership with meaningful resolution options * Set high leverage goals, track deliverables, manage expectations, identify risk and drive alignment across all stages of the project * Work with Design Engineering...
