**Job Summary** The Assistant Accounting Manager is a hands\-on accounting leader who supports the Accounting Division Manager in delivering accounting excellence to clients of The Cash Flow CFO (CFCFO) and The Profit Masters (TPM); a subsidiary of The Cash Flow CFO. The primary focus of this role is the accounting work itself: leading and executing new client onboarding, completing clean\-up projects, and managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients while providing overflow and coverage support to the Account Managers. The Assistant Manager also reviews and directs Account Manager work as needed, helps build and maintain the division’s systems and training, supports hiring, and serves as backup for the Division Manager when she is out. **Responsibilities** **ACCOUNTING DELIVERY \& BOOKKEEPING** **Manage a Portfolio of Maintenance Clients** * Own the full\-cycle bookkeeping for a small book of assigned clients, including transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll entries, and adjusting entries * Deliver accurate, on\-time month\-end financials for assigned clients * Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients, resolving requests promptl...
