About this Job: Job Summary: MedStar Health is looking for a Community Health Program Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a lay facilitator with teaching skills to promote healthy behavior change. The Community Health Program Coordinator will coordinate community health programming and assist with the direction of community\-based health resource centers supported by MedStar Health. Incumbent will work alongside regional Care Transformation team to coordinate operations related to center programming and health navigation including planning, communication, logistics, and documentation. Will work closely with partners across the organization, system, and community including government agencies, faith\-based institutions, and non\-profit organizations.
