**RN Administrator / Director of Patient Services (DPS)** **New Haven Manor \| Far Rockaway, NY** **Overview** New Haven Manor is seeking an experienced RN Administrator / Director of Patient Services to lead both its Assisted Living Program (ALP) and Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This leader is responsible for regulatory compliance, clinical quality, staffing, and financial performance across the facility, and serves as the primary liaison with corporate and with external partners such as PACE and MLTC plans.
