We are seeking a motivated, customer\-focused, and detail\-oriented **Sr. Constructions Project Manager** to join our team! **What You'll Be Doing** * Manage assigned capital improvement and renovation projects from initial assessment and scope development through bidding, construction, punch, warranty, and closeout. * Visit project sites to review progress, verify completed work, and help ensure projects are meeting established plans and expectations. * Develop project scopes, coordinate competitive bidding, review proposals, and assist with contractor selection and negotiations. * Monitor project budgets, schedules, invoices, change orders, forecasts, and overall project performance. * Partner with contractors, vendors, engineers, consultants, property teams, Asset Directors, inspectors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Help identify project needs, potential challenges, and opportunities to keep work moving efficiently. * Coordinate solutions when project conditions or priorities change. * Support insurance restoration...
