**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES** As the Accounting Manager for our multi\-brand, multi\-unit restaurant organization, you will play a crucial role in the financial day to day operations of the accounting department, owning the daily general ledger and bank and book balances and working alongside the Senior Accounting Manager and the Controller. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, finance, and experience in the unique challenges of the restaurant industry. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and collaboration with cross\-functional teams to ensure the overall financial success of the company. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Lead day\-to\-day execution of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. * Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities and locations. * Own the daily general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. * Prepare month\-end accruals, prepaids, and fixed asset and depreciation entries. * Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts to the general ledger. * Own daily bank reconciliations and en...
